These are the processes which contribute directly to getting the customer what they want. Many of these documents may not be completed or up to date or might be lacking specific details required by the ISO 9001 standard. The registrar will ensure that your documentation is all in place and controlled in compliance with the standard. Internal auditors should be people chosen from across the organisation that are inquisitive and open-minded. Report the results of these checks.
